We come from an extensive background, having worked in both private and federal sectors. Jatnna personally worked as a federal debt collection and submitted many accounts to the wage garnishment administration, as well as being an expert skip tracer. After that, she went on to work for the IRS for 4 years, undergoing their intensive training on how to properly research and resolve tax issues. While no one person knows the entire Internal Revenue Manual (IRM), we were taught how to conduct thorough research and obtain the right answers to tax questions.

After her time at the IRS, Jatnna moved to the Small Business Administration (SBA), a government sector, where she worked as a paralegal. She reviewed business owners' accounts and required documents while also conducting general skip tracing work. Following that, she joined Homeland Security, where she gained further expertise in high-level security protocols to protect U.S. residents.

Jatnna currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Abnormal Psychology, from BayPath University in Longmeadow, MA and she also holds an Advanced Paralegal Certificate. She is an appointed Notary Public and a certified Loan Signing Agent. Currently, as she’s the CEO & CFO of “Russell Partners” with the sole purpose of providing comprehensive solutions to her clients—from setting up their businesses to offering accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services. She plans to finish law school within the next 3-4 years, with the goal of becoming both a tax attorney and an immigration attorney. Additionally, she has ambitions of becoming an agent to support her children in their sports endeavors.
